My friend used to be in Japan and used to send me japanese chocolates. Sorry I do not remember any of them now, it is 6,7 years ago. I am a chocolate addicter too. But I do not eat it a lot as before because of control of my belly.

My boyfriend hasn’t eaten sugar for around 2-3 years he only eats sweet popcorn and that’s about it. Even when he does eats something sweet he doesn’t want more of it. He has started just not to like it.

I am gona do this no sugar diet for 3 weeks and see what results I get btw I dont really eat to much sugar , I mostly use it to sweeten my milo( not the package one, the one you mix hot water and sugar with milk powder) so I am gona quite drinking milk and drink green tea instead.

Im doing keto, no sugar is allowed whatsoever. I think after I lose most of my weight, that Ill add carbs back in but without sugar.90 days of keto and then 90 days of seeing if I can eat carbs without feeling ravenous! Keto really took down my cravings.

quitting sugar always confused me because it seems to be in everything. i’ve lost a lot of weight but now i’m at that SUPER HARD period where you need to just burn the stubborn fat that’s left. i don’t struggle with eating poorly and i maintain balance, but i still feel seeing the amount of sugar i consume in a day (mainly in fruits) is so frustrating. things have been especially hard with me still living with my mom, and her discovering clearance easter candy, but im staying strong. also trying to stick to smaller fruits now like berries instead of large things that dont fill me up like watermelon!

Since i love and crave chocolate when i am on my period, i usually try to trick my brain by eating dark chacolate (around 80% at least). Or i get a coffee (no sugar, no cream allowed) since its a substance that stops hunger and craving. It works for me, might work for you too but you have to like those.

If you have no body fat you won’t lose anything, don’t worry. You can build muscles for more toned body though and you don’t need sugar for that💪🏼.

I left eating things includes sugar before seeing this video. The first week was hard but i watched food documantries and tried to rush myself and its my 30st day and im too happy. Pimples are quite gone and i lost 1 kg. Im energic even in this quarantine thing. Also learned not only desserts, everything may include sugar. Its a poison for me now. Try and keep going!

My issue isnt sweets and sugar mine is salty and crunchy snacks. I have always eaten really healthy meals but my savoury snacking has always made me so overweight and I would love to not need to snack anymore. I tried not to snack this week but I was only successful for 2 days. Any tips on how to stop snacking altogether? P. S. Ive start drinking more water and think this has definitely made a difference
